Trees 🌳 would make this town look nicer
Belinchon......3 of my students are from this city. They say Their families and a great majority of Belichon residence have 2nd homes in Guadalajara. They spend the winter months in Guada and visiting their village home sporadically during the cold time of year. During the summer months, they might spend a month in Belinchon and the other time on vacation. There isn't a month that passes that they don'e visit at least one weekend. This strategy seems to be the norm for all the villages surrounding Guada. Great video. Tomorrow, Corpus Christi day, the village will be packed.

It's surprising how this part of Spain looks like the undeveloped part of Southern California, USA with its dry summers and not much vegetation. In develop areas we use massive amounts of water so it is all green but that is not the real S. CA. We don't have buildings made of stone or brick though, very few and certainly not a 17th century Church built like a castle. haha Cool video and greetings from Los Angeles, CA, USA. where it's 323pm, or 9 hours behind Madrid.

The buttressing of the church is clearly early Gothic, but the overall design is just as clearly Romance. Very interesting, and a rather beautiful church.
