“Well never know how many of these parts made it to airplanes” Thats only if countless planes dont crash and cause accidents. Thus, no problem

Another company that was too big to be allowed to fail! Their harm clearly didn't stop in the air, it made it to the ground and when you have BILLIONS of dollars and a government in your back pocket, the human math cost here isn't complicated!
What is this? Firstly, the FAA is responsible for certification, they are also at fault for any issues. Also, Boeing aircraft remain extremely safe and they (and the FAA) have both made positive steps in the right direction. But I guess nobody makes money from a positive story.
