"Per capita" is "per person". Capita is Latin and means (per) head French: We have loads of cheeses. Jt " I know, Gouda (Dutch), Mild Cheddar (English), Pepper Jack (US), Swuss (it's in the gawdang name... SWISS), Provolone (Italian), Government cheese (do I need to say?) Congrats, you managed to name zero French cheeses. How about Brie, Camambert, Comte, Roquefort, Époisses, Banon, Valencay

i think it's absolutely hilarious that in America there is one type of cheese called Swiss, when there are like 700 different Swiss cheeses.
Like potatoes? Like pasta? Eat Potato Gnocchi.
