Yeah, there are a lot of old people in Europe. When you have access to healthcare, you live longer.
11:00 That's a hard french accent, Belgium has three official languages: Dutch/Flemish, French and German.
13:00 well you are there at work time.. only retired people are at cafes at that time.
a US citizen finding it hard to get into Denmark - why is he surprised
2:30 I live in Switzerland. Taking the Aare River home from work is utter nonsense. People float down the river for fun, but certainly not as a substitute for public transport.
13:43 It’s a Church bell, it does ring every 15mn to announce time, back in the day when people didn’t have watches, so you could know what time of the day it was. Every hour it does ring to indicate the time, and then a small ring every 15mn. As a kid, I used to listen to it when I was riding my bike in the village… when I was hearing like 7 ring, it was 7pm, time to go home for dinner or else…
No not everybody is old he is there in the early noon and most young people have to work. The church bells rind one time every 15 min. and twice on the half hour and on the hour it will ring once for every hour, so at 9 it would ring 9 times . This is still done while back in the days before everybody could aford a watch you could still be able to tell what time it is.
The woman swimming in the Gatorade blue water is actually swimming in the mediterranean sea: that colour of water is quite usual for the beaches surrounding the mediterranean sea (South of France, Italy, Greece, etc.)
