The main purpose of cafes Europe is not to have a coffee but to socialize and have coffee, but for carrying it around - you can also prepare it yourself
Saying "In Europe" when they're just in a random Town in France is wild, as if thats everywhere.
They should not allow these folks to travel without their nurse..
If you want a takeaway coffee, you order that at the counter, not afterwards. You often get asked, if you want a takeaway or a coffee to drink at the table.
