Are you a fan of Tesla's inventions?
Me too! That's why in this video I'll show how I created a simple design of the Tesla Turbine that is easy to print.

The Tesla turbine is an energy conversion device patented by Nicola Tesla in 1913. The purpose of the device was to convert pressurized steam into electrical energy.

According to Tesla, this specific turbine was able to reach efficiencies up to 95 %.

This turbine amazing efficiency depends heavily on The Boundary Layer Effect if you're curious about that check out my video on it:

To design the turbine I used:
- Solidworks (NOT FREE);
- Meshmixer ( FREE & AWESOME);

If you want to 3D print this design you can download it here:
- The Solidworks native files;
- The model STL files;
- The Simplify3D FFF profile;

The printers I used were:
- Creality CR 10;
- Modix Big 60;

The download folder also contains all the Solidworks native files, in case you want to improve the design.
