Por is the way, para is the end of the way. - I bought a book por five euros para you. - I did this por you, instead of you, so you do not need to do it - I did this para you, so I did a thing as a present for you. - This book was written por Shakespeare para the readers. - I am going para Madrid (the end of the way) por Toledo (along the road that crosses Toledo) Por is by, along, through..... and for when the for is in the way. Para is "in order to", " ahead to" and for when the for is at the end of the way.
I use it correctly almost every time, but I wouldn’t be able to explain why- it simply sounds better 😂
