Learn Spanish while I tell you my drama (with subtitles)

¡Hola, me ha gustado un montón! Para mi no sirve una conversación o un monólogo lento porque si sales con hispanohablantes nadie te da crédito. Quizás al principio, es decir durante la primera frase y entonces regresarán a su ritmo, su forma de hablar, cortar a otros, de intercalar, intentando de hacer su agudeza. Así mejor intentar de entender en la velocidad natural aunque cueste. Y presentándolo todo tan simpáticamente no me cuesta repetir el video dos o tres veces para que no me pase nada por desapercibido. A mi me encantaría ver más de ese formato y lo agradecería mucho. ¡Mola!

First of all, I've watched several of your videos in a studio setting, and it's so cute to see you out on the street, or in your car, as a real person. What I find fascinating about native Spanish speakers is they literally skip over some words while talking, and barely mumble other words. At full speed. Then, as a student you're supposed to understand what the hell they are talking about. For native speakers apparently this is just fine, but for anyone learning, it's a spectacularly enormous obstacle in gaining comprehension. I'm just trying to make a point that Spanish is ridiculously hard, and I mean that out of respect. English seems so dumbed down in comparison.

I have been watching all your videos trying to learn Spanish and this is my favorite, it really teaches so much about life in Spain in addition to hearing you speak naturally in daily living such as driving and talking about dealing with buying an apartment. It is the same problem in the United States, people use AI to make things look so perfect and then when you see them in person, they are just terrible. In the famous and best cities in the United States, you are paying a ridiculous amount of money for a crappy low budget apartment just to be in a great city! Well, it worth it?. That is always the question everybody has to deal with. In my opinion, it is not worth it, you can still have an amazing social life, living outside of the city and a suburb.
