I paid €900 for a room in a shared 3 bedroom apartment in Dublin City. Now I live in Germany and I pay €400 in Bayern for my own apartment - absolutely amazing ❤
I’m in Egypt, moved from US in ‘23. A lot of commonality to things here. I bought my 4-bed 2-bath flat for $32k, finished it for a total cost of approx $50k, between the kitchen and bath were empty, only tiled with hookups, plus all other items; electronics, a/c’s and furniture. I live a quiet peaceful life now and ❤ it!! Thank you for showing me Germany
Love how you’re comfortable with being imperfect. Clearly this is a space you actually live in as opposed to some sort of showpiece.
I think this is a great apartment for being in a big city. The price is great! The rooms are good sized, and having a extra powder room is nice. That entry room is GREAT! I think I need to move to Germany! I am in the USA right now. Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
That is a very nice apartment for the price. In New York City near where I live this would be $4000 a month or more perhaps 6000 American dollars.
That's a super nice place for the price. The adjoined but separated bed is such a good idea - so many people struggle with sharing a single bed and bedding.
