some people eat the salad while waiting for the pizza and some people put it on top of their pizza its a preference choise so no matter how you do you cant go wrong
The quality of the kebab meat differs a lot between restaurants/pizzerias in Sweden - keep that in mind. Not all kebab pizzas in Sweden are that good, but those who have the higher quality meat is always good! Also depending where in Sweden you are you get different kebab sauces, which can be very different but important for the overall taste. Sweden is a long/tall country so you will find variations. West coast of Sweden has it's way, the very south another, Stockholm area another and the north yet another one, also up there (in general) the pizza sallad is not included for free (unless you eat in the restaurant - then it usually is).
The "eating kebab pizza on your own while being ashamed of yourself" assessment is spot on. Preferably violently hungover.
I'm with Deana, the kebob and then the bernaise. It's crazy wild how the outside world does not know how epicurean the Swedes are with their pizza,, A+💙
I used to work as a pizzabaker and we experimented alot for our own lunches. Bologonese but with cayennepepper and remove the onions and add pinapple instead. Turns the pizza into a hot and sweet pizza. Insane flavour.
We use a lot of sauce on our pizzas, one reason why most Swedes don't eat Pizzas by the slice, but with a knife and fork
